lobster (Lobster Anywhere)
orange juice & zest
lime juice & zest
grapefruit juices & zest
habanero pepper (seeded, minced)
2 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp.kosher salt
1 tsp.onion powder
1 tsp.brown sugar
1/2 tsp.ground black pepper.
To mixing bowl add clean, devein,chopped jumbo shrimp, clean, seasoned, lightly cooked, chopped lobster.
Now add juice and zest of an orange, lime, grapefruit. Slice, remove seeds from one red tomato and habanero pepper, add to mixer along with thinly slice red onions and seasoning. Add chop cilantro and avocado lastly.
Thinly slice plantains add to hot oil.
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Enjoy Ceviche as a dip on triangle plantains or between two fried plantain as a delicious sandwich.
